Kobe Bryant Nike – NBA Christmas Day Edition

We can usually count on some special sneakers of NBA players on Christmas Day. In all aspects outside of basketball Christmas is a day to feel good and love those around you, and when you feel good you play good. The main feature matchup of the day was LeBron James and the Cavs visiting L.A. to take on Kobe Bryant and the Lake Show. Nike provided both players with some fresh new kicks to show the world on Christmas Day. LeBron wore his all red Christmas Air Max LeBron VII’s and Kobe debuted the Chaos Zoom Kobe V. And Miami Heats Dwayne Wade and Quentin Richardson showed off the new Air Jordan 1 Alpha. Jordan Brand hooked up Carmelo Anthony with a special Christmas edition of the Melo M6 along with Ray Allen and Jared Jeffries were seen in some holiday-inspired versions of the Air Jordan 1 Alpha. Jordan Melo M6 – November Release Info

This coming Monday will be November 16, 2009 as the Jordan Melo M6 hits Jordan retailers nationwide in the black/silver colorway. Good news is that Foot Lockers nationwide will surely have these in stock, as some are talking and saying it will be the best sneaker yet from Anthony’s signature sneaker series. This time around the sneaker features a double padded internal fit sytsem which increases foot security and comfort. Other nice features include his hometown Baltimore’s skyline on the outsole, as it also reads AU97/08 being the atomic number for gold and the year in which Anthony won basketball gold in the Olympics. We will see if these and this 2009-2010 NBA season will be a hit for Melo.
