Nike Flagship Store – Harajuku Tokyo

This is a serious installation from Nike in the city of Toyko, Harajuku wgich will be the largest Nike store in all of Japan. Believe it or not it is actually the first Nike flagship in Tokyo. The store was interior decorated by renowned interior design firm Wonderwall, the space has a large range of Nike products including football gear, “the store is more of a community than a simple retail space”. The first floor has the Runner’s Studio that helps analyze the runner’s strides; on the second floor is the largest NIKEiD Studio in Japan; and the third floor is retail for footballers with a special Nike Bootroom that will offer a range of football related services.

Nike has enlisted the help of 11 athletes to create a special collection of footwear and apparel that will release this Saturday, November 14th. Some of the athletes that will be contributing to this collaboration include Nobuharu Asahara, Miho Brown, Yu Darvish, Rie Hasegawa, Takehiko Inoue, Shoji Jo, Kumiko Kaneda and Misako Yusada.
