When we were kids years ago McDonald’s made a commercial of Larry Bird challenging Michael Jordan to a cutthroat game. The contest was to see-who-misses-first for his Big Mac and fries in a McDonald’s commercial. A couple of days ago, Dwight Howard challenges for what LeBron has in his bag. It remains to be seen what kind of difficult shots these two will do. So hopefully the commercial will be to be continued so we can see them actually play!!
Here is the original vintage Bird and Jordan commercial

Last night, January 31st was the Grammy Awards, can’t believe I didn’t get a chance to watch the award show. But a great highlight of the night was the hip-hop performances. The leaders of the rap game being Drake, Eminem, and Lil Wayne performed the hit “Forever” at the 52nd Grammy Awards, this was the featured song of Lebron James high school movie “More Than A Game”.
I actually un-DS’d my Space Jam Air Jordans down here at the Pro Bowl in Miami last night also.

Jordan Brand has unveiled about three or four colorways of the Air Jordan 2010. The reception of the look has only been ok… many Jordan heads are looking right past the Air Jordan 2010. Many don’t really understand the Air Hole Unit on the side panels of the sneakers. Also many were wondering why Dwayne Wade didn’t premier the sneakers on Christmas Day against the New York Knicks.
So here is a look at the Air Jordan 2010 W3LCOME HOME Edition which has a colorway that is seen with more red than black this time. The toe box and back panel is featured with the Varsity Red while the mid and side panels are laced with the freshest of white. Another feature is the “W3LCOME HOME” tagged on the insoles of the sneaker. Maybe this colorway will change some minds, the release date is unknown at this time. Pics via Marqueesole
